Compensation for a Cyclist

Our client was an injured cyclist involved in an accident in which the driver of a car failed to exercise the required level of care, resulting in Mr Jarosław being hit. The injured party sustained multiple bodily injuries that significantly impaired his ability to function independently. Unfortunately, he will most likely never regain full independence.

Our law firm represented the injured man’s wife, who acts as his legal guardian. Thanks to our efforts, we secured PLN 1,331,182.61 in compensation.

The amount of compensation is intended to reflect the extent of his physical suffering and to cover the costs associated with Mr Jarosław’s care and rehabilitation.
