Compensation for a Motorcycle Rider

Mr Maciej was involved in a road accident while riding his motorcycle. The accident was caused by the driver of a passenger car who had a third-party liability (OC) insurance policy. The insurance company initially paid our client PLN 45,000 in compensation for pain and suffering. Thanks to our efforts, our law firm secured an additional payment of PLN 137,808 for Mr Maciej.
