Compensation for a Pedestrian Hit by a Vehicle

Our client was hit by a passenger car while crossing at a pedestrian crossing. The injuries sustained by the client included, among others, a chest injury with a right-sided pneumothorax, fractures involving the right vertebral joint, a fracture of the anterior arch of the right rib, and a laceration to the scalp. In addition, following specialised medical treatment, a fracture of the right clavicle and a fractured finger were diagnosed.

Our law firm secured PLN 100,525 in compensation for the injured client. The case was settled through an agreement, without the need to take the matter to court.
