Death in a Road Accident – 11 Years After the Accident

In 2007, a tragic road accident occurred. The at-fault driver crashed into the rear of Mr Maciej’s vehicle, causing him serious bodily injuries. Unfortunately, as a result of the injuries sustained, he died at the scene of the accident.

Eleven years after this tragedy, our compensation law firm secured a total of PLN 260,111 in compensation for pain and suffering for the deceased’s wife and his two sons.

The compensation sought was intended to provide financial support to the family during the difficult period following the loss of their beloved husband and father.
