Death of a Husband and Father in a Road Accident

We concluded the proceedings by reaching settlements for each of the injured parties (the daughter and the wife) in connection with the tragic accident in which Mr Krystian lost his life. For our client and her daughter, we secured a total of PLN 348,680 in compensation (PLN 171,000 for the deceased’s wife and PLN 177,680 for Mr Krystian’s daughter).

The amicable settlement was intended to simplify the process and enable the family to receive financial support quickly. His wife and his 19-month-old daughter found themselves in an extremely difficult situation. They lost not only a husband and father, but also the pillar of their family.

The compensation obtained is intended to help alleviate the consequences of this tragedy and provide the family with support during this difficult time.
