A compensation firm helped secure PLN 410,800 in compensation for young Patryk, who lost his father in a road accident. This amount, together with its capitalization, was awarded to the child, providing him with financial support.

Importantly, once the boy reaches adulthood, the case may be reconsidered, and the family may be able to pursue additional claims, including a claim for a pension.

The child’s mother, the widow of the deceased, also received PLN 115,000 under the settlement agreement.
